Facebook better find a new way to have people verify their accounts or they will lose millions of users by the same method in which they lost me. Material removed: I just wanted to thank facebook for basically taking away facebook from me. I went to my local McDonald's and used my laptop to get onto facebook only to find out that I could log in. If that wasn't bad enough the games that Zynga wants us to play requires us to agree to people as friends that we don't even know so that we can further in our game. I did this and therefore many of the people on my facebook I don't even know personally as friends but only that they play the same games that I do. Facebook takes it upon themselves to make me verify my account because I went to McDonalds and used their wifi instead of logging on at home. For verification Facebook shows me pictures of these friends of mine that are really just people I play a game with and not friends and whom mean nothing to me and whom pictures I have never even looked at before. Facebook asks me who these people are in order for me gain access to my facebook account. This is a stupid way to verify someones account. Why doesn't fgacebook just use my personal information and ask me questions about me? Because I don't recognize these pictures of people that I have never seen before facebook tells me that I have to wait an hour and try again. What the hell is wrong with the people running facebook? Don't they know that all of those free games require the players to make friends with a lot of people that the player or user doesn't even know on a personal level? How am I supposed to answer questions about people whom I truly don't know other then they play the same games as I do on facebook? Most of which have me blocked from seeing most of their personal information anyway. Way to go facebook! I guess it's time to go back to Myspace! Why mistake: Please find a new way for users to verify their accounts or fix it where we can keep people that we play games with separate from the people we really know and are related to.
